Interested in volunteering with Children's Ministries for the 2011-2012 school year? We are always looking for people who are willing to share their lives with children in our ministry. All of our volunteers will be required to fill out a Background Investigation Form, read our online Safety Policies, and attend a ‘Reducing the Risk’ prevention course for child sexual abuse. Safety Training
All Volunteers must read and be familiar with the Floris Child and Student Protection Policy and Procedures and must complete a Background Investigation Form. To complete the online training for this policy, we have developed a questionaire that will help to increase your knowledge of Floris' policy. Please take the time to review the policy and answer the short questionaire found at the end of this document, increasing your knowledge of the policy and fulfilling the requirement of volunteers to become familiar with it's content.
Please print and complete the Background Investigation Consent Form and submit to Melissa Ciavarella Children's Ministry Program Director. This form is required every year from our volunteers.
