Easter Baskets
The Easter baskets go to children in our community living in shelters or transitional housing.
This year, our goal is to fill 800 baskets!
This Easter, help us bring smiles to children with baskets full of love!
- Pick up an Easter basket kit on February 25, March 3 or March 10
- Purchase a basket (or two or three!) and fill it (or them!)
- Return baskets to Floris UMC by noon on March 17 with
- the child’s name tag clearly visible
- secure wrapping with the cellophane bag provided
OR
- Donate by March 15 to have an Easter basket assembled on your behalf

Volunteer Opportunities
Basket Organizers | March 17
Volunteers (age 14 or older) help organize and label baskets from 8 a.m.-noon.
Basket Drivers | March 17-22
Volunteers pick up baskets on March 17 from 1-3 p.m. Then, they deliver the Easter baskets to local shelters and organizations from March 18-22.
