Born in Ethiopia, Tinbite has spent most of her life in Northern Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia and has a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology. Tinbite loves traveling internationally and has had the opportunity to serve and live in Haiti, Ecuador and Ethiopia. In her spare time, Tinbite enjoys reading, attending live music shows, occasionally exercising and napping with her two cats. Tinbite joined Floris UMC's Connections Ministry in 2014 and is responsible for coordinating all of Floris UMC's Sunday hospitality and special events.
First job: Working as a merchandising clerk at Mikasa Dinnerware store.
Idea of a perfect day: Drinking a large cup of coffee while reading in the morning and having family over for a day of cooking and a movie.
Most interesting vacation: Traveling to the Galapagos Islands.
