Middle School
Belonging and connection are crucial for our well-being. In particular, adolescence is a period of important changes. During this transition, young adults turn to their peers for the support found in belonging to a group. Enter Student Ministries student groups.
Besides providing a place for connection, life groups at Floris UMC offer exploration. Students have lots of energy and a burgeoning curiosity about, well, everything. Our wonderful life group leaders value this energy. And, they can direct it toward exploring the Christian faith and spirituality within the amazing context of an adolescent’s life.
Let’s Get Together
At XRoads, students will find a vibrant community, meaningful discussions and creative worship experiences. It is a place where students can come as they are and discover who they are becoming in Christ.
Students in grades 6-8 meet in person on Sundays at
- 9-10 a.m.
- 11 a.m. – noon (with students in grades 9-12)
- 5:30-7 p.m.
There are additional XRoads gatherings where students connect, have fun and experience authentic community.
