As more vaccines become available, many of us are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. Yet, as hard as it has been, we have discovered things about ourselves during the pandemic. We learned new ways of living that we want to take with us as we re-enter society.

On May 4, Kaitlyn Kellermeyer will lead us through a virtual workshop to help us imagine our re-entry. We will have time to reflect on who we have become during the pandemic. We will think of the things we have realized about ourselves, our lives and our goals. And, we will process our feelings as we prepare to step into our post-pandemic lives.

You might want to forget this phase of your life altogether. Or, you might be unsure if it is okay to be afraid of what comes next. Either way, we will take time to acknowledge your pandemic experience. And, we will integrate it into who you are so that you can take your next right step. The workshop will feature group reflection, followed by writing, and time to wrap up.
