Project Clean Stream

Let’s get together this fall to clean up the woods around Floris UMC.

Our church land includes designated wetlands. But the stream that runs through the property – and the surrounding wooded area – is full of trash and debris. We will recycle what we can and dispose of the rest. Help the environment and the animals that call this area home, as well as the appearance of our church grounds.

Stay as long as you can – we appreciate any time you can give to this project!

What to Bring

• Shoes or boots for mud
• Gloves if you have them

We Provide

• Gloves if you need them
• Trash bags
• Grabbers (a limited number)

Meet at the far end of the lower parking lot closest to the woods.
