Floris 5K/1M Fun Run/Walk

Step away from your screens. Have fun participating in our virtual 5K/1M Run/Walk with Floris UMC friends everywhere. Connect with our church community and enjoy some much needed time outdoors!
Order your t-shirt – a nostalgic, COVID 2021 Floris UMC 5K/1M print – by April 20.
Download your bib and add your own race number.
Post your race day photos in our Facebook group or on Instagram, using #floris5k or #floris1m.
Meet up with others at places like the Turquoise Trail in Reston by parking at the Reston South Park & Ride. We will provide water bottles from 9 a.m – 12 p.m. You may even see a pastor or two on the trail!
Feel free to walk or run the 5K/1M. Try apps like Runkeeper or Pacer to track your distance and route. The rain date is May 2.
No matter where you are or how far you go, we hope you have fun. Enjoy a bit of the Floris UMC community in spirit!
