On Sunday\, December 21\, preschoolers through 5th graders are invited to a special combined Kid Nation experience in the Hangar and Wesley spaces for our annual Happy Birthday Jesus party. \nThis festive gathering is a fun and engaging way for children to learn the story of Jesus’ birth while experiencing the wonder of Christmas in community with friends and caring leaders. Through music\, games\, crafts\, and interactive storytelling\, kids will be encouraged to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and God’s love coming close to us in the person of Jesus. \nHappy Birthday Jesus brings together age groups across Kid Nation to build connection\, celebrate faith\, and help children recognize that the season is about more than presents and holiday busyness. Our Kid Nation team creates a warm\, playful environment where children can participate\, ask questions\, and discover joy in the greatest gift ever given. \nParents\, simply check your child into Kid Nation at either the 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. service. No registration is required. Because this is a combined experience\, we recommend arriving a few minutes early for smooth check-in. All supplies\, snacks\, and activity materials will be provided. \nWe encourage families to keep the celebration going at home by talking about what your child learned and sharing birthday prayers for Jesus together. \nEvent Details\n\nPreschool through 5th grade\nCombined Kid Nation party\nHangar and Wesley spaces\nNo registration required\nAnnual tradition\n\nThis special Sunday only happens once a year. DESCRIPTION:Student Christmas Caroling Sunday\, December 21 | 5:00–7:00 p.m. | Fellowship Hall\nIt’s the most wonderful time of the year—and what better way to celebrate than by sharing the joy of Christmas through song? All students in grades 6–12 are invited to join us for an evening of fun\, fellowship\, and festive spirit at our Student Caroling Night! \nWe’ll start the evening together in the Fellowship Hall at 5:00 p.m. with a delicious dinner and time to connect before heading out. After we’ve fueled up\, we’ll break into groups and travel to local neighborhoods to spread Christmas cheer through caroling. Whether you’re a confident singer or just love the holiday season\, your voice and your smile will help make someone’s night brighter! \nOnce we’ve shared our songs and laughter around the community\, we’ll return to the church for a cozy time of hot chocolate and warm fellowship. It’s the perfect way to wrap up an evening filled with joy\, friendship\, and the true spirit of Christmas. \nThis is a great opportunity to make memories with friends\, meet new people\, and bring light to others during the holiday season.
