Inspired by the unique vision and role of pollinators\, the installation encourages viewers to slow down and notice what is often overlooked in the world around us. \nThrough color\, texture\, and layered artistic expression\, the work reflects the rhythm of nature itself—how bees move with purpose\, gather with intention\, and participate in a cycle of growth and renewal that sustains the earth. DESCRIPTION:Student Summer Splash\nRegister today for Summer Splash 2026!\nRegister Here \nGet ready for a fun-filled day of sun\, swimming\, and summer memories at Summer Splash 2026! Students entering grades 6–12 are invited to join Floris Student Ministries for an exciting day at the Water Mine Family Swimmin’ Hole at Lake Fairfax on Wednesday\, August 12\, from 10:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. \nThis is a great opportunity for students to cool off\, spend time with friends\, and enjoy a day of fellowship before summer comes to an end. Whether you are a regular part of Student Ministries or joining us for the first time\, everyone is welcome! \nThe cost is $13.50 per student and includes admission to the water park. Students should bring a swimsuit\, towel\, and a bag lunch or money for concessions. Floris will provide additional snacks and drinks throughout the day. \nTransportation Options\nStudents have two options for joining us: \n\nRide the church bus: Meet us at the Floris UMC upper parking lot at 10:30 a.m. for transportation to the water park.\nMeet us at the park: Families may bring students directly to the Water Mine Family Swimmin’ Hole at Lake Fairfax\, where we will meet at 11:00 a.m.\n\nWe will leave the park at 4:30 p.m. and return to Floris UMC by approximately 5:00 p.m. \nRegistration Information\nPlease register early to help us plan for transportation\, snacks\, and activities.
