During a special moment in the service\, we’ll offer a blessing over the students and their backpacks\, asking God to guide\, protect\, and encourage them throughout the school year. Each student will also receive a special tag to place on their backpack as a reminder that they are never alone on their journey.\nIn addition to the blessing\, we’ll be presenting Bibles to all rising 3rd graders\, marking an important milestone in their faith journey. These Bibles are a gift from the church\, meant to help them grow in their understanding of God’s word and develop a lifelong relationship with scripture. During a special moment in the service\, we’ll offer a blessing over the students and their backpacks\, asking God to guide\, protect\, and encourage them throughout the school year. Each student will also receive a special tag to place on their backpack as a reminder that they are never alone on their journey.\nIn addition to the blessing\, we’ll be presenting Bibles to all rising 3rd graders\, marking an important milestone in their faith journey. These Bibles are a gift from the church\, meant to help them grow in their understanding of God’s word and develop a lifelong relationship with scripture. Families of 3rd graders will be contacted ahead of time with more details.\nThis is a wonderful opportunity for families to begin the school year with a spirit of hope\, connection\, and encouragement.
