Whether you’re a member of our congregation or part of our staff\, we encourage you to take advantage of this important opportunity. \nOn Sunday\, September 21\, the clinic will be open for all members of the congregation\, providing a safe\, organized\, and accessible environment to receive immunizations. Staff members will have their dedicated clinic on Tuesday\, September 23\, with the same guidelines and procedures. \nWhat to bring: Please bring your insurance card(s) (medical and prescription\, Medicare\, Military ID/Tricare\, etc.) and wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm. Please note that Kaiser insurance cannot be accepted at this time. \nVaccine information: The clinic will provide seasonal vaccines\, and we are monitoring availability for the adult COVID-19 vaccine. If it is available and can be administered without a prescription\, it will be offered during the clinic. Our priority is to provide safe and timely care for all participants. \nTo participate\, registration is required.
