Join Rev. Tom Berlin and a panel of professionals for an informative two-part seminar, “Yes, You are Going to Die.” Discover steps to lower your anxiety related to end-of-life planning, advance directives, finances, funeral planning and other related topics.

• Session 1 – Rev. Tom Berlin leads a panel discussion with a financial advisor, physician, funeral home representative and attorney. Learn the five questions a pastor will ask when planning a funeral, reasons for an Advanced Medical Directive/Power of Attorney, financial planning “what ifs,” questions a funeral home director will ask and more.
• Session 2 – Q&A for Advanced Medical Directive and Durable Power of Attorney. You get the opportunity to complete these documents and have them notarized.
