Come Make a Joyful Noise This Christmas Season!
Do you love singing or playing an instrument? Are you looking for a way to share your musical gifts and be part of something beautiful this holiday season? Join us for the Christmas Cantata at Floris UMC, where voices and instruments come together to celebrate the joy and wonder of Christmas.
Each year, our sanctuary is filled with the rich harmonies of a dedicated choir and orchestra, bringing the Christmas story to life through music. This is your opportunity to be part of that tradition—whether you sing soprano, alto, tenor, bass, or play an instrument, we invite you to join us in creating something truly special.
This year’s cantata promises to be a powerful expression of community and faith through music. Rehearsals are designed to be encouraging, well-paced, and enjoyable. You’ll meet other musicians from all walks of life, make new friends, and share your talents in a meaningful way.
Rehearsals begin soon:
- Sunday, September 28 | 12:15 – 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 1 | 8:10 – 9:00 PM
(All rehearsals will take place at Floris UMC)
Our goal is to build a choir and orchestra of 40 members this year—teens, young adults, and adults are all welcome to participate. Whether this is your first time or you’re a returning member, we’d love to have you join us.
