You are invited to join Floris UMC/Restoration’s leadership, either in-person or online, for our annual Charge Conference. This important gathering brings together clergy, staff, and lay leaders as we prayerfully look ahead to the coming year.

At the Charge Conference, we will review and approve key items for 2026, including clergy compensation and the election of lay leadership. These decisions ensure that our church continues to operate with integrity, accountability, and faithful stewardship as we live into our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Whether you have been serving in leadership for many years or are simply curious to learn more about how our church organizes and makes decisions, this is a meaningful opportunity to be part of the process. Your presence and engagement reflect the shared commitment of our entire church family to move forward together in faith.

This year, you may participate in-person at Floris UMC or virtually from the comfort of your home. If you choose the online option, please be sure to register in advance to receive the secure link for access.

We encourage all members to attend, support our leaders, and stay informed about the direction of our ministries in the year ahead. Together, we will celebrate the work God is doing in and through our congregation and prepare ourselves for another year of vibrant ministry.
