Are you grieving the loss of a loved one and wondering how you will manage the holidays? Join us for a two-hour workshop to help equip you with the tools to cope with loss this season. We will explore:

- What to do about traditions and other coming changes
- Helpful tips for surviving social events
- Discovering hope for your future
