Join us for one of our most joyful and meaningful Kid Nation traditions as we celebrate the birth of Jesus together! On Sunday, December 21, preschoolers through 5th graders are invited to a special combined Kid Nation experience in the Hangar and Wesley spaces for our annual Happy Birthday Jesus party.

This festive gathering is a fun and engaging way for children to learn the story of Jesus’ birth while experiencing the wonder of Christmas in community with friends and caring leaders. Through music, games, crafts, and interactive storytelling, kids will be encouraged to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and God’s love coming close to us in the person of Jesus.

Happy Birthday Jesus brings together age groups across Kid Nation to build connection, celebrate faith, and help children recognize that the season is about more than presents and holiday busyness. Our Kid Nation team creates a warm, playful environment where children can participate, ask questions, and discover joy in the greatest gift ever given.

Parents, simply check your child into Kid Nation at either the 9:00 or 11:00 a.m. service. No registration is required. Because this is a combined experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early for smooth check-in. All supplies, snacks, and activity materials will be provided.

We encourage families to keep the celebration going at home by talking about what your child learned and sharing birthday prayers for Jesus together.
