Leader Night 2026: Lead with Love

You are invited to a special evening created just for Floris leaders.

Leader Night 2026 is an annual gathering designed to bring together those who lead, serve, and shape the life of Floris UMC. On Thursday, January 29, from 6:30–8:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall, we will share a meaningful night of fellowship, gratitude, and vision as we look ahead to the year to come.

This evening is both a celebration and a moment to pause together. Leadership can be demanding, and this night is an intentional space to reconnect with one another, reflect on where God has been at work among us, and hear where we are being called next. Over good conversation and shared community, we will unveil Floris’s vision for 2026 and invite leaders to imagine how their gifts and passions continue to fit into that story.

Leader Night is not a training or a meeting in the traditional sense. It is a relational gathering meant to encourage, inspire, and strengthen our leadership community. Whether you serve on a committee, lead a ministry, volunteer regularly, or support others behind the scenes, your presence matters. Floris thrives because of faithful leaders who show up with heart, commitment, and love.

As a small token of appreciation, each attendee will receive a custom insulated mug featuring the Floris logo and the message “Lead with Love.” It is a simple reminder of the spirit that guides our leadership and the shared mission we carry together.

Registration is required so we can prepare well for the evening. There is no cost to attend. Registration closes January 30, 2026.
