Embry Rucker

Breakfast at Embry Rucker

The Embry Rucker Community Shelter (ERCS) is a 70-bed residential shelter that provides healthy, safe, emergency housing for individuals and families. Dedicated to helping their clients overcome the circumstances that led to their homelessness, they facilitate their transition to stable housing.

They are open all day, every day, and employ 20 full-time and several part-time staff. They also have over 400 volunteers dedicated to helping our clients get back on their feet.

How Can You Help?

You can assist unhoused people in your community by preparing and serving breakfast at the Embry Rucker Community Shelter. Volunteers provide a welcoming presence and warm meal on the second Saturday of the month.
