Hope for the Home: Less Stuff, More God

Hope for the Home: Less Stuff, More God
What would it feel like to create space in your home and your life for what matters most?
Join us for Hope for the Home: Less Stuff, More God, happening May 6 from 7:00–8:30 PM, in the Fellowship Hall and online. This event is designed to help you pause, reflect, and re-center in the midst of life’s constant noise and clutter. Led by Amy Slenker-Smith, Life and Business Coach with Simply Enough, this experience will guide you in rethinking your relationship with “stuff” and how it impacts your spiritual life. Amy will lead participants through a time of reflection and share actionable strategies to declutter both your spaces and your minds, creating more room for meaningful spiritual encounter.
We live in a culture that constantly pushes for more, yet many of us feel overwhelmed by both physical clutter and mental noise. What fills our spaces often fills our minds as well, leaving little room for peace or reflection. This event invites you into a different rhythm, one that creates margin for clarity, rest, and a deeper connection with God.
What you will gain:
You will walk away with a fresh perspective on what truly matters and a renewed sense of clarity in your daily life. Through guided reflection and practical teaching, you will learn simple, actionable strategies to begin decluttering your home and your mind. More importantly, you will discover how creating space in your environment can open the door to deeper peace, purpose, and meaningful spiritual encounter.
Light snacks and beverages will be available during the event.
On-site childcare is available for children ages 3 months through 11 years. Please register in advance using the Childcare Reservation Form. The cost is $5 per family, and a discount code is available if needed.
