Kid Nation is back, and we’re ready to kick off a new season of faith, friendship, fun, and growing closer to Jesus!
Sunday mornings at Floris UMC are a special time for children from preschool through grade 5 to learn, connect, and discover what it means to follow Jesus. As we kick off a new season of Kid Nation, we’re excited to welcome kids and families back and create a place where every child can feel known, loved, and encouraged in their faith.
Kid Nation partners with parents to help kids develop a faith in Jesus Christ that lasts a lifetime. Through age-appropriate, relevant, and scriptural teaching, children are invited to explore God’s Word, ask questions, and discover how faith connects to their everyday lives. Each Sunday is an opportunity for kids to learn something new, build confidence in who God created them to be, and take another step in their relationship with Jesus.
But Kid Nation is about more than what happens during the lesson. We believe relationships are an important part of a child’s faith journey. That’s why we create opportunities for children to build friendships with their peers and develop meaningful relationships with caring leaders who encourage and support them along the way.
Most importantly, Kid Nation is about helping every child develop a personal relationship with Jesus. Whether your child is joining us for the first time or coming back after the summer, there is a place for them here. We want every child to know that they belong, that they are deeply loved by God, and that they have a role to play in God’s story.
